QR code label sheets from a list
Give it forty destinations and you get forty codes laid out in a grid, in order, with the label text under each one so a person can tell them apart before they scan. Nobody has to place anything by hand, and nothing gets skipped.
Vector output for print, not a screenshot
Download as SVG or PDF. A QR code is a grid of hard-edged squares, which is the worst possible thing to scale up from a bitmap - the edges blur, the scanner's contrast threshold has to guess, and a code that read fine on screen fails on paper. Vector has no such size.
Table tents, sticker sheets and asset tags
The same batch prints at any size. A QR code table tent on every table, a sticker sheet for a shelf, a small tag on a piece of equipment - one file, one print dialog, and the codes stay editable afterwards.
How big to print a QR code
The working rule is one tenth of the scanning distance, plus a quiet zone of at least four modules on every side.

Download SVG or PDF and print at 100% scale. Turn off any 'fit to page' option, which is the usual reason a printed code comes out slightly too small.
Printing QR codes: common questions
The practical rule is that the code should be at least a tenth of the distance it will be scanned from. A code read from arm's length - about 30cm, which covers a table tent or a product label - wants to be roughly 3cm across. A code on a wall people scan from 3 metres away needs to be about 30cm. Smaller than 2cm gets unreliable on older phone cameras no matter how good the print is.
Generate the sheet, download the PDF, and print at 100% scale with scaling turned off. The single most common failure is a printer dialog set to "fit to page", which shrinks every code by a few percent and pushes the smallest ones under the reliable size.
If you print from the SVG or PDF, resolution does not apply - it is vector and the printer renders it at its own native resolution. If you must use a raster image, 300 DPI at final printed size is the floor, and each module of the code should land on at least 4 printed pixels.
Down to a point. Two things break first: the modules get smaller than the camera can resolve, and the quiet zone - the blank margin around the code - gets cropped. The quiet zone must stay at least four modules wide, and it is what people delete first when they are fitting a code into a tight layout. Shrinking also gets harder the more data the code holds, which is one practical argument for a short dynamic link over a long URL.
Yes. Print the generated PDF at 100% scale onto the sheet. Run one page onto plain paper first and hold it against the label stock to check the alignment - printer margins vary by a millimetre or two between models, which is enough to matter on a dense sheet.
